So, since ya'll decided to have a sprayer pow wow not long ago. I just wanted to let you all know your buttheads for it.

My question is this.
I replaced the whole block w a new one and it is still back filling. Would a bad Male QC on the HF cause this issue?

And how the hell you get the water nozzle out. I destroyed the 807 washer trying to get to it. There must be a trick.

I must master these blocks, they supply the juices to my masterpieces!

if the jug is filling up, the problem is the ball bearing and the spring on the draw tube. I can not find a picture to show it, but on the draw tube were it connects to the dema valve, there is a spring and ball bearing in there that prevents water from back filling the jug.

Remove the handle!
Inside the block, in front of the water nozzle is a thick gray plastic looking washer as shown on the white towel.

Also stretched the spring out under the ball. Replace the Ball O ring aswell.

All user repairable with a few cheap parts.

So ya wanna chat some more about this emulsification process Bawb?
