I won one of those things once. When they called me to confirm, they asked how many employees do I have? When I said I am an owner/operator, they said they couldn't give it to me because it wasn't fair. Huh? Something almost exactly like this happened to me at the doctor's office last week! They gave me the wrong results and I was pretty upset. They called a couple hours later to say they were looking at the wrong paper... Yeah, really relieved, but annoyed...
