I know there Saiger videos for butler!

But does butler wave a water box to add the descaler?

The pro 1200 has no water box !

I know the 570’s water box with the radiator pressure relief cap you lower the water put a gallon or two in the machine and use a loop hose from the intake to the water pressure out!

And kinda sprinkle the descaler into the water box slowly.

Let it run 15 minutes and flush with water 5 minutes and detergent another 3 minutes!

So I’m wondering do you use the chemical jug and use a loop hose on a pro1200?

And just meter it at 10 and let it loop?

On my cleanco I just use that 50/50 vinegar in my solution jug and just open the dwyer valve and suck it all thru my system. Shut it off for about 1/2 an hour and then start it up and let it go thru my solution hoses. Put a little emulsifier in the jug and let that go thru the xchangers and solution hose.

There is no water box on the 1200se, so we will have to use an auxiliary pump and a bucket to get the desaler through the system.
Running it through the chemical system will not get it into the system, as this is the last step chemical injection system.

With the pro 2000 I boost it thru the system by putting an open qc in the solution connection and use the vacuum cuff to pull it thru

Based on my pictures and user soft water and the outbound filter being clean, do you think I need to worry about yet 950 hours on machine

I was thinking actually having a loop hose like on the 570 from water inlet to the high pressure outlet and let it loop!

A water softener defiantly helps, I have always recommended at least once a year on descaling as a preventative maintenance.
