I would start with the anti seize
Is that what you use?As far as I'm concerned, acid rinsing is idiotic unless you are doing corrective cleaning. If you really feel you need to counteract the alkalinity of your prespray, use a neutral pH rinse such as prochems axiom extraction detergent. pH is 7.5-8.5, close enough. You will get better cleaning results and if you take a pH meter to the wet carpet 20 minutes after you finish rinsing, it will be close to neutral. Much easier on your equipment.
No I use procyon plus powder for my rinse on most carpets. Procyon Extreme for my prespray. I have tested the wet carpet after cleaning with a pH pen and ph paper and I get results close to neutral. You have to remember that the bulk of the soil in carpet is acidic. Is that what you use?
Super works well on o-rings.Anti-seize is great for metal parts and heat but I would still stick with a high temp silicone grease where o-rings are involved.
