I've had a horrible experience with Tony and his new swivel wand since I bought the wand in May 2016. When I bought it I was very specific about having the blue head, I made sure to ask him 4 times before buying that it was the blue head.. which he agreed. I get the wand and its the original color head as the shaft.

When I asked him wtf.. he responded that they ran out and won't have more until July 1st. I said okay.. A couple of weeks into July I don't have the colored head I bought and he didn't respond back to me in July.

So here it is September and the response I get from Tony is if I want the blue head that I bought I have to send back the other head on the wand FIRST. Which I didn't agree to because its not my fault he sent me the wrong product..

His other option for me was to pay $300 and they will mail me the blue head I bought and they will refund the money when they get the old head back.. Which I didn't agree to because its not my fault that he sent me the wrong product..

His next offer was to give me $2oo to go away.. which I did take because I realize that its the best option because I know that the warranty with this wand is going to be non existence and this whole process has a joke. Its like me going into a customers how and clean the wrong rooms and then make the customer jump through all these hoops because of my mistake.. who does that shit? He said it was because so many people weren't sending back the heads.. so he is going to treat me like a criminal because there is an epidemic of people keep the old heads.. makes you wonder why so many people need to get sent a new head.

I can't say that I wasn't warned.. Fred C and others pointed out that all that glitters isn't gold..

If you want to know the difference between Toms $1400 wand and Tony's $700 wand.. there you go. This is the last time I go with the cheap option that comes with no customer support. I should have waited for Tom's wand even though it was twice as much..

Tony's wand is okay.. the locking screws fall out every so often.. but the main thing is when something does break on it, its done since I ZERO faith in the warranty work.

Heads up

better off with out the anodizing that Tony uses as it's extremely thin. Nothing like a Zipper's treatment

The swivel design you have with those screws is horrible. There are bearing tracks on the collar but no bearings, The cap has not threads so the wear that you are experiencing or about to experience will get worse and worse up until the point that the metal corrosion takes place and stops swiveling. Those tine Rolex screws will be come unserviceable as they wear. Good chance your galvy fitting supply hoses will start leaking at the swedge and the brass QC's fail because they are on the wet end. Is your trigger clamp letting loose and moving towards the wand?

Ours did all of these.

Tony's very latest wand (September) had a swivel almost identical to Tom's but not resistance, it's loose as a goose, which I personally can't stand. Braided SS hoses and a better trigger clamp are nice improvements.. The anodizing is still thin and the powder coated tube will look like crap in six months so go naked if you go Dang.
