What fuel treatment product are you using if your are running V/ Aerotech. I have been hesitant to use it, but am on my third set of warranted injectors. Aerotech recommended Stanadyne, any other suggestions?

Keep your fuel filer/s changed right on the money. Run 4oz/10 gallon of MMO, Marvel Mystery Oil. Very old dependable product.

Diesel Kleen is decent stuff readily available.

Our fuel has been stripped of lubricants. Some even add 2 cycle motor oil to fuel.

My experience is with Ford Superduty.

Get recommended treatment from Engine manufacturer

I use diesel kleen on my V when I feel the need.
Mbenz says not to use fuel additives.
I only had an injector issue back when I used recycled vegetable oil as fuel; and may have been due to lower quality oil.

opti lube xl by the gallon from amazon. Do a little search, this stuff is the best. Run it in every tank. Filters and water seperator are also key to a happy motor.

Thanks for the replies, I ordered 5 gallon of Stanadyne to try. I have the oil change and both fuel filters every 200 hrs, I only drive 7500 mile a year so most of the usage is hour based. Hopefully adding the fuel treatment will extend the injector life.
