Good morning, everyone. I'm seeking a replacement coil for the Little Giant 3HT propane water heater. I've already talked to a few places, including Giant Manufacturer, Judson, Aramsco, and Cobb Supply, to no avail.
Do you have any suggestions?
Does anyone have either 3HT or 4 HT for sale and available for shipping to Joliet, Illinois?
Thanks

You’re gonna die. I just sent one to the dump because the thermal coupling was out of it, and I didn’t wanna mess with it😏 It probably would’ve been less to ship to you than send it to the dump. I know the coil was good. I know, thanks for nothing!

I got $80 for the last coil I scrapped.

It happens, thanks anyway. I scrapped Prochem vacuum hose reel about month ago. Someone is looking to buy one right now....

Long time LG user here.. Is it damaged from freeze or blew from pressure? I've had sucess with brazing silver solder to repair it..

Oldest #3t heater is from the early 1990's that used to be mated to the WorkMaster ETM.. #2 heater is used for portable work.. #4ht was used with the old slide-in TM.. Now I just run the engine coolant HX.. Miss the instant heat, but don't miss leaving the doors open and tools growing legs.. It's still in my back-up van & used for in-plant cleanings when needed..

The newbie used the water heater only once; he failed to fill the coils with water first. We fixed the large hole (1/8") successfully. We'll try to fix a couple of pinholes that are hard to reach tomorrow. I'm hoping for success, I hate to see the brand new unit go to waste. I wouldn't mind paying for replacement coils, but no luck as of yet
