i actually like doing these jobs lower their expectationsand over deliver. Cleaned and dried with rx20 then rinsed and dried with steamgeni drag wand rental company was informed before i started that this was a salvage, not a cleaning, what you see when done is all you get no guarantee or do overs charged time and a half .50 per sqft( plus .25) plus .10 odor control .85 per sqft . Only warranty i gave um was if they threw it away when i was finished they could drop the .25 persqft they were happy with it
