Discount for repeat/referrals

What type of discounts do you offer to those customers that use you multiple times a year. I was thinking of doing the Steve T.. monthy CC charge. But looking for other options for those that dont want to do the monthly charge.

Right now I usually do 10% off or lock some customers in on a pre-determined depending on how often they use me.

Every job is different.

You need to calculate how much time, effort and materials it will take each time.

How bad is it that you need to come back that often?....or are they just anal? They get different discounts.
