Cleaned for a lady today who found us through Groupon. She didn't buy one but had us clean for her anyway. We honor the Groupon price.
Job ticket was $300.00
I've only had one Groupon job do JUST the Groupon and we've probably done about 25 or 30 of them.
So far it's working out well.
I'm not sure how I can track the regular Grouponers from the "side" Grouponers (the ones that didn't buy) without making it messy.
I just figure I'll list the numbers at the end of the month and figure Grouopon took $45.00 or so of each job.
It won't be completely accurate but I think I will error on the bad side instead of the good.
At the level that this Groupon turned out....an O/O would be kicking butt right now. I've done about half of them myself...and that's just because I'm lazy and didn't feel like driving...PLUS I have to give my guys something or they'll be upset with me. lol
