Multi vitamin mature, red yeast for cholesterol, couple glucosamine pills for joints, and a magic bullet smoothie maker, spinach strawberries, blueberries, almonds, flax seeds. Whatever my wife throws in there for breakfast.

I'm no Superhero although I am slowly ageing, I don't turn seventy until March next year.

No cholesterol, no high blood pressure, no diabetes, etc;

Doctor tells me that my lungs are like that of a 27 year old.

I take relatively few pills.

I can still work 12-14 hour days for a week or more during my busy couple of months, but my knees and back do get a bit sore.

Most days are about 6 hours.

I also believe in the green smoothie for breakfast after Rambo put me onto it a few years back.

Salad for lunch & steamed veggies for dinner.

This is not a set menu though as we do eat out a fair bit, but rarely at McChunders, the Colonels, etc;

& I eat far too much, as S.W.M.B.O. is a terrific cook.:redface:

Downside, since my right knee and leg was worked on, including a 6 month stay in hospital with Golden Staph, (MRSA, 18 & 1/2 years ago), my left knee has taken the brunt of it all.

One leg is shorter than the other which causes me to limp slightly.

I also believe I'm going to have problems with my right hand having broken two knuckles when it came into contact with a hard head many years ago.

I now have osteo arthritis in both knees.

Meds; I take are sometimes some Celebrex or Panadol Osteo for the knees.

Take no vitamins, prefer fresh fruit & veggies; instead.

When my knees do swell up, I wrap a bandage that has been soaked in vinegar around each knee for a few hours to reduce the inflammation.

Virtually never get a cold or flu, except when I fly to the U.S.

Don't take flu shots, etc; Drink apple cider vinegar mixed with honey & cinnamon instead leading up to, & into the cold weather.

Have no intention of stopping, although we are looking at slowing down & using smaller, lighter equipment & picking our target market such as dyeing, spotting, etc;

Stop moving - start dying. :winky:

:yoda:
