What cleaning agents can be damaged from freezing?

Any water based chemical that doesn't say "freeze-thaw stable" on the label is suspect.

A lot of products are freeze-thaw stable, but there can be some separation of the products after they thaw. Lots of shaking after thawing for liquids. powders usually not much to worry about. Enzymes can be affected by freeze and separation but a lot of times will still be good after thaw.

I've heard a lot of chemicals can loose there overall performance when frozen. I like to keep our trucks in a heated shop or have a micro furnace inside the van. Spray Insulation also helps!! Or in Mikey's words

Hydrogen peroxide deteriorates much faster at higher temps for sure.

Many water-based protectors are damaged by freezing temps.
Dynachem Solvent-based Protectors & Impregnators are fine.

Many emulsion type products can be damaged (silicone defoamers, some presprays, deodoorants, etc)

Yes they can freeze. Freezing once or twice shouldn't be a problem but repeated freeze/thaw can cause some of the products to separate (especially the thicker ones) and once that happens they don't like to go back into solution.
