Do flush the rusty water from your lines?

I started doing this with my old TM. It especially came in handy when I got my steel coiled kero burner.
My CanAm isn't usually a problem, since I use the Parflex hose have copper coils in my LG. Just clearing the cold water out.

This water I'm flushing is coming from Neptune hose and a Cleanco TM.
