They "look" just like cool cuff's with the exception that the latch is not shown. If the locking system is not the cool cuff latch, then I might be suspicious.

I would have hooked you up with cool cuffs for not alot more. Now you not only bought junk you'll end up having to buy cool cuffs to replace these as you won't want to go back to regular cuffs/connectors
