Probably just a low priority "shit" job that was added to his day.

For $125.00 its doubtful you're going to get much. If he would have just paid a little more attention to detail it would have been fine.

Maybe he asked the old fart how it looked and the old dude said "great" not able to see the imperfections and the tech burned rubber getting home.
I referred the company and asked the owner 3 times if she was sure about the price.

Now she wont return his calls as any action on her part makes it a complete loss

It happens to us all at some point, you try to do too much for too little just trying to help. Then of all jobs that's the one you get a reservice on. A spot in the furthest bed room they worked on before calling you and it's on the opposite end of town.

The first shot was easy, a truck was in the area, small profit but little effort. Now the reservice requires you sending a truck across town with 30-minutes windshield time each way.

You can't ignore it, you just bite the bullet and you're in the hole for the whole thing.

There were no favors being done I told her three times that she wasn't charging enough but she was insistent and now she won't return his calls and all he wants to know is where to buy the paint so he can do it over again himself
