I once got a very nice Christmas Basket from a rude very wealthy client I had fired. They asked me to take them back, which I did for a little while.

Got a tin full of delicious imported cookies from a client last week while we were there cleaning. No, we do not send out any Christmas greetings to our client base.

Yes and more.

Especially from the restoration clients who form a relationship with the crews in their homes for weeks or months.

They often dropped cookies, meat & cheese trays, popcorn tins, even pizza for the entire company.

I had 2 PM's that gave me $50 for Christmas. One PM always gave me a present.

I love the tip option on the point of sale system….
Everyone who’s paid by debit or CC has given a tip so far in the last few days.
Well, almost. Except a few crotchety old ladies.

CHRISTMAS CASH!!!! Love it.
