I used to love them but now they seem pretty dated with traditional colors. Still like wool rugs but modern design and less "The Spy Who Shagged Me" colors. Too groovy for me!

One of my customers is an Iranian family with lots of beautiful hand made persian rugs. On the last order I did for them, they couldn't care less what I did with the persian rugs but they were concerned if I knew how to clean their "Natuzzi" rug. Their Natuzzi rug turns out to be a polyester shag rug. That rug was special to them.
Love them. Love love love them. I love when the little white knots show through on the older handmade rugs. I love how the fringe gets worn, I love the dye bleed that happens when a dog urinates on the corner. I love charging $4-5 per sqft and stressing about dye bleed all night. I love how the dye bleed correction chemical smells like old cheese or dirty feet when it comes in contact with my steam iron. Give me more!

Actually, I tried that but the rug was so thin it kept getting pulled up into the badger. So I had to just go slow and steady. I'm sure the neighbors heard me cursing at the rug.

I have three student workers from Napal on my team. They speak English very well, they teach them from when they are young. Good workers, all girls, I don't think guys clean in their country. It's been fun having them.

Damon and Tom we're going to come over here and do a 320 mile mega ride...
I had two side by sides at a time so they were going to take turns driving the other unit
It needed new tires so I asked them to chip in half for a new set. I was going to sell the second one after this trip...
I forget how much I asked them to chip in most likely it was half which would have been about $300 so I think Damon sent me $150..
both Damon and Tom ended up flaking so I sent Damon back his $150 but he's never let me live it down
as it turned out a bunch of other carpet cleaners used that machine that weekend and ****** up all the gearing and transmission
The next time I used it is when it rolled three times off the mountain nearly killing my dog..
And my insurance company paid me 10 or 11 grand so it all worked out for me in the end
But I still have nightmares about the dog and Damon's bitching

I would never invite a friend on a ride then two weeks later ask him for $200. But thats just me. I don’t ask for fuel on my boat or to be comped for my food costs at Christmas.
