As someone who has been in the "floor" care side of things....anything you have to put "ON" the floor will eventually wear "OFF" and in cases as epoxy or urethane it is expensive as hell to get off...

where as polished concrete is physically changing the surface, thus nothing to remove later on...dont like the shine...dont have it re-polished/honed..(really cheap to do btw)

and to get an epoxy to stick ya gotta clean/etch and make sure its just right or it's gonna peel on ya at some point, and a patch will be in yore future!!!

PS if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!!!

Great article on it as an add on.In American window magazine...

Think I mentioned it in passing to Al Sims about a month or so ago..

Maybe 2 months...But it did seem very nice add on...

This years newest add on for us was Xmas wreaths and decorations for the Dunkins...

Made sense for us to do it and get paid versus the stuff they do...

Like fake spray snow,what a f-n mess...

An sticker decals where you scrape residue off...AGGGGHHHH...

But we did 56 stores this year at 150 per...Big wreaths too,about 40 inches wide?

Got to measure them tomorrow,curious...Next year hopefully all of them...

Besides unlike most the others, I have A LOT of experience with TOPICAL floor coatings... ALL and i mean ALL will fail in a shorter time then the guarantee...

Troy seems like a nice fellow but I do have some concerns; He has been doing this for 1 year (not very long) and offering a 15 year warranty. You must pay $8000 up front (no equipment or product) Plus 15% of every job! I wish him the best, but I have to re-think this whole thing.
