and do you have customers with concrete floors in their garage or patios?
Have you seen the trend for concrete floors in homes in your area?

What about commercial accounts with exposed concrete floors?
How about concrete counter tops?

Did you know that with just a few hundred dollar investment and some real basic training you could be offering to polish and seal these surfaces?

Will you need one of these some day?

Possibly, but start small and get a feel for your market with just a weighted drive plate for your 175, a Makita hand tool, and a hard surface wand for your truckmount.

Tonight's MBWebinar will discuss sealing choices, that latest in topicals, etch removal, cleaning and how to present this service. Our guest speaker Rob Fairfield is a well versed hard surface instructor who really has a good grasp of how the carpet cleaning industry can adapt to the growing trend of less fluffy stuff.

I will watch later, there are many other cleaning methods out there - that I'm unfamiliar with and want to explore. Thanks for the invite Mike - I'm off to the couch - back is wrenched.....
