Sometimes I use Trashed if the custi says they are sensitive.

Hm natural orange with tremendous success in residential moderately soiled, also use it on upholstery. Started out using it on delicate fibers and just tried on synthethics to see what the results would be.

Bi-O-Kleen products are all neutral pH, except for their BOK Oxy Bleach, and that's one of several reasons I used them.

Some of the new CRI seal of Approval products have a neutral pH.

That's the product type I would look for since CRI has national clout with dealers and carpet buyers.

Some of them also clean very well.

Support CRI SOA over Green Seal !!!!

We have a SOA Green Preconditioner that does a good job, and has a pH slightly over 8.

Yes, for strected in wool and wool rugs. Sometimes 7-8 PH rinse for white carpet, sometimes acid rinse to correct browning or I'm paranoid about wicking or browning.

Awesome, but WAY TO FREEKIN' 'SPENSIVE!

I use HM natural orange on wool carpet and some upholstery. I also use steam way cotton and wool, but come to think of it, I don't know if cotton and wool by steamway is neutral, I just assumed it was.

Yes,Biokleen's tlp (as well as their other products).
Safe for me as well as my clients and despite what most will say...the whole product line actually works.
