That's not even a serious question, you're just showing off. Wish I was there.Im at my new home in Thailand.
I'm sure I need to seal the grout in the bathrooms and floors and granite counter top; but does the porcelain tile need to be sealed also?

Thats the style in Thailand and I admire its simplicity. What kind of third world bathroom is that ?
are you supposed to shower and shit at the same time?
When do you move ther full time?Thats the style in Thailand and I admire its simplicity.
The sprayer next to toilet is a poor man's bidet. We dont use toilet paper, because thats just 3rd world.
The rectangular thing next to showerhead is an on-demand water heater- cost less the $100. The whole bathroom basically gets cleaned multiple times a day.
The sink is across from the toilet- out of view in the photo.
Wood is expensive in Thailand.
The roof is welded steel beams with insulated fiberglass shingles.

The support pillers and floor are made of cement and steel.
As a former cement slave, I was impressed with their steel tying.View attachment 95646
Might think about getting that toe a friggin hat it’s so big and it looks like it’s winking at Damon
I had to have my toe nail removed and thats how it grew back. My leg was in a cast when my dad accidentally stepped on my big toe with the heel of his shoe!
I need to find a task or hobbie to keep me busy before i could handle living in Thailand full time. Boredom kicks in after 8 days and I start to drink too much, which I'd rather avoid. When do you move ther full time?
High heels?
Congrats John!Thats the style in Thailand and I admire its simplicity.

careful what you wish for in Thailand... well, pretty much anywhere actually
Invite me over and we can cruze those bars for women.
High gloss Porcelain has a "baked" on (in a kiln) glaze that is like glass. It does not need sealing (a waste of money).
Nice place John.
If boredom kicks in after eight days, maybe you should consider:

You're definitely in the right country for it.
John, Where do you put the fridge? Looking at the picture of the kitchen, I couldn't figure it out. I like the floors.
Basic rule-- if it acts too feminine, looks too good or is overly aggressive, then get a second opinion. Or just walk away.So glad I’m married. Can you imagine finding out after the fact that you married a she’s that was really a he!
Unless... it's the currently trendy matte finish. Every fingerprint or oily spot will look darker, so sealing is needed. The industry has caught up and now you can find sealers made specifically for "microfractured" tile.High gloss Porcelain has a "baked" on (in a kiln) glaze that is like glass.
