He's 34 and has worked with me for 10 years, so not a kid anymore (though I have to remind myself sometimes).

If it bothers him there's always an aw29 in the truck, and a Bentley back at the shop.

Still the setscrew is a good idea.

Good idea. Iv been running a strip of clear gorilla tape along the top edge. Lasts about a month.
