Dog Peanut Butter Stain

Been having a problem with a job. The dog got this peanuy butter cream all over stuff comed out of a squeeze cheese container . Cleaned it got it out wicked back. Went back got it clean and dry customer called back and said its sticky. Going back tommorow. Any ssuggestions?

Tell them to stop calling or you will spread the word about the weird shit they are doing with the dog?

odd it s wicking back...I would have assumed oil staining.....

Could it be chemical residue at this point, do an all fiber rinse and call it macaroni.

Peanut butter is very oily. Use something you'd use for grease or oil.

I had a similar job awhile back, they dropped a large Costco jar of peanut butter, oil had separated,, soaked into the pad, had wick backs,, I went in with an enzyme,, soaked the pad/carpet,, used my water claw and then flushed the area out,,no issues after that

and what kind of crap did you dump on it that you can rinse it out??


hit with a butyl product...NOT some oily azz, hard to rinse d'limo product


is this a cut pile or loop?
and is it nylon or olie??
