Put a liner on the work order with a minus sign in front of the amount you want to take off

You can make changes to work orders. Just click on the line item you need to change,enter the new price, and hit the save button.

If you need to make a change to an invoice, you will have to delete it and make a new one. That is why you should always keep an open order as a work order until the job is completed.

No, you can change an invoice back to a work order in the same drop down list that you would delete it.

I've done it.
