I'm the carpet cleaner, and I try hard to get it the best I can, my question is do I need a rug kicker, I see lots of wrinkles and it's not easy to get that clean

I did that when I first started and the carpet installer that I use has sent me alot of work. It has been very good for me.

So I got this, I really have no clue how to use it, I'm guessing you use it to push the rug to the edges!
