I bucked against a Cimex for all those years. Bought one a few months ago.....best thing I have bought in years.

Last week on a commercial job I made $8.82 a minute. Ya that's right $8.82 a minute.

It's so easy, it like stealing.
Don't be like me, get a Cimax

On your commercial jobs, did you hot water extract the heavily soiled areas and cimex the rest or did you just cimex the whole job?

What type of job. Commercial obviously, but how well maintained on a day to day basis. Did you need to vac before /after?
Do they do it in house , how well/

Best encapper by far.

OPs are a bit quicker but dont provide the appearance of clean nearly as well.

Next week's VLM Webinar will discuss this very subject in depth

Adam do yourself a favor and secure the cord. Have a large project and step on the cord, you'll either be repairing on site or HWE.

We zip tie them to prevent it from happening. I'll occasionally step on the cord and I'm so glad its zip tied.

What is the major difference here? I see its a 10" wheel vs the 7.5" wheel but what are you gaining?
Jordan I fought it for years. Everyone kept saying get the big wheels, get the big wheels. With all the units we owned I might as well buy another unit.

I was wrong. Very wrong. I kept hearing easier to load, easier on steps. We use two man crews, they help each other.

What I didn't take into account is the effort in pushing the machine. The larger wheels take weight off and its much less effort. It almost glides its so easy to push.

When they need an extra cleaner I will sometimes help on the encap crew. I get stuck with small wheels and its much harder work.

Buy one set and see.

That's what we did, we were so impressed we bought two new with big wheels.

Now I think I'll sell a couple more of small wheeled machines and replace them with new big wheeled machines.

I HWE this medical center about every three months. They vac all the time.
This time I cimaxed it. Super fast, looks fantastic and too easy. They loved it because it dries in minutes, no loud fans and hoses , and looked as good as ever

They vac all the time so I didn't do a thing other than run the Cimax. Called the next day and they were thrilled.

I'm looking into a Cimex. I am 2 days in on a 5 day commercial job. About 45 hallways, multiple party rooms, rec rooms, library etc in this luxury highrise. The carpet is a heavy ribbed cgd, difficult to extract. Tomorrow, I am digging out one of my old power brushes for one of the worst hallways. Nasty job. Had to go to my massage therapist after work today just to walk upright again. She really helped my back but gave my legs a real working over. She applied a linament and said this will feel warm after a while. By the time I got home it was burning, had to shower it off with cold water. I think the Cimex will cut my time in half and will look as good, maybe better. The carpets will dry faster and my masseuse will go broke.

When its heavily soiled we still HWE or if thats too long a distance to be practical we will OP. Pickup as much as we can to start then maintain with the Cimex and encap after that.

I usually do this job once a year but this time they let it go 2 years. Most of the carpet isn't bad except for the section I'm doing tomorrow. I'll see if I can take some pics. I've seen some awesome results on heavily soiled carpets with the Cimex.

Get them to book NOW for July 2017!

Explain they aren't saving money by spending an extra year on dirty carpet, but really damaging their investment.
