We did well through the previous "recession". Still saw growth each year...but not like we've been seeing more recently.

Lots of the Mega/cookie cutter McMansions couldn't afford to replace the white/light carpet in the whole 4,000k sq. ft. house as they would normally do...but they can afford a few $k to get it all cleaned.

Usually we take a hit on the commercial side when things are tight, but since we are mainly residential I think we'd weather it just fine again. Won't kill us, but won't be ideal.

Yep. This summer has left me with enough cash on hand to purchase an EZ with cash.

But, I am afraid to spend it for fear the end is near.

I'd like to add a brand new Spartan water truck. I don't need it but it would be nice to have several times a year buttt I'm afraid of what lies ahead.
