does anyone remember when dry foam shampoo was an acceptable cleaning technique?

I do and that is not the way i did it. Never over wet the carpet.

I think it could still be an effective cleaning method using encap/SHAMPOOS thru a von shrader or old advance foam machine.

But my opinion is that encapsulation is nothing more than a renaming of the shampoo method.

Just like steam cleaning is now HWE.

Hello Dude! I am not fully aware from the use of dry foam shampoo but I know it. It works very well. It could be an effective method to use the old foam cleaning method that it does not harm the foam.
