I have been lurking on here a while and thank you for all the good info. Hopefully I can contribute a bit in the future. Anyway, if you had to buy a camera to inspect dryer vents, which of these two would you buy? Any thoughts?

First welcome and thanks for posting Sam...

I am not very skilled with information about those cams but maybe Richard Chavez @Desk Jockey can give some insight

Thanks again for being here and hoping we can find you some help :)

The Orion is about a grand. Looks like a very nice camera for the money. I couldn't find the other unless it's the cheap $100.00 ones.

I think it depends on your needs. Don't spend more than you need.

Have you looked at the Extech BR 250?

The orion with a 33 foot cable is about 1850. The isnake is 1200. I am trying to minimize my trips on the roof and I am ok with spending the money if it works well in the dryer vent.

The extech is nice but too short of a cable.
