I have a few locations using this stuff and they don't think they need to have us clean tile anymore. when I followed up on a few of those accounts I noticed the grout was mushy or soft in some areas. is this stuff damaging the grout?

I have several that use this worthless junk also. Dont think it is damaging. But all they do is pour spread around and walk. I believe that the product causes a huge residue problem that walks off to the carpet traffic lanes. Even when I mention the ole days of the other product and the carpet in better condition. THEY DON"T HEAR ME!
I don't like the stuff, it does clean but needs a good bit of agitation. Thats where the teens don't get the job done.
