Encap using Cimex and Release It

What is the most efficient way to clean commercial grade carpet with this combo?

How do you do it?
Do you Pre-Spray the product or use the tank?

What is the ratio for the pre-spray?

DO you need to agitate Product?

You can either FLOOD N' RUN or SPRAY then SCRUB N' RUN.


Oh yeah make sure you pre vac first because THAT is the cleaning step!

We use the tank and dilute as per the label. I will mix a qt for my sprayer a a stronger dilution to pre spray spots before I get to them

Generally speaking, if you apply with the shampoo tank, that will put less fumes into the air.

Plus it is a lot quicker.
