Encapping a Church what would you charge?

I thought I was did pretty good getting .35 a sqft. for 14000 sqft.

Me too. That is real good. And don’t worry about. You get paid for services rendered, and your doing God’s law of sowing and reaping

During one of my Pastors tenure, we had two floods. I worked both of course, and submitted invoices on both to the church for the carrier. After the last invoice, my Pastor calls me and suggests my invoice isn’t nearly
High enough. He suggests I need to #work the ins. co. I tell him, uh Pastor, I think we work for the same #boss. I too have other sheep in my fold, and I want to keep them. Then, he began to back peddle. They’re human.
