Encapping A High Rise Office

I just got in from meauring up a 7 story highrise for the housing commission. Its a federally funded building.

I can work for them from here to detroit now that im on the vendor list.

They have 50 houses here in Niles alone. Genny is getting on the list also.

I will be encapping and bonnet cleaning them. I may even get a good portable.

I leave mine on 10 and zip right through those steps. I'm done in a third of the time as that guy and I do the backs with a traditional stair or upholstery tool. The newer upholstery tools work great on stair backs.

I know there is a stair head you can get for it, but there's no way you can clean the risers with the 360...that would be the biggest issue I would think.

The risers don't have the impacted soil that the tops do. I follow up the rotary cleaning with the wand, most often the floor wand, to rinse the risers and get the corners and straighten out the swirls. The very hard work of cleaning the heavy traffic lane on the stairs is made very effortless with the mechanical action of the swoop head on the stairs.

360i cleaning stairs.

Some people like the stair head specially designed for the 360i to clean stairs with. In most cases you can use the standard 12" cleaning head with your 360i to clean stairs depending on the depth of the stair tread.

I agree.....God knows there have been many many times I wished I had some way to aggressively agitate stairs.

GRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!! I waited all day. All Day! And at 6:45 we had to leave to do a small job nearby. We were literally gone for one hour. And of course thats when they came to deliver my Rotovac. GRRRRR!!!!. Now I have to stay home tomorrow and wait again....I was so excited, now I'm just pissed at UPS!

I feel better, I was able to change the delivery option so I can go pick it up.
Not gonna lie, today was a rough day, I found out this morning that my daughter won't be coming home this year as planned and I likely won't see her till she gets out now...which is August. And I always get a little anxious the day before and the day of my hubby's chemo session. So yeah......tightly wound today! Ha, I even drove myself crazy....

Lol!!! Thankfully Ive never had any issues with any of the delivery companies.
Rotovac shipped it with signature required thankfully, because even though we live in a good neighborhood, Christmas is upon us and the package thieves don't discriminate, they hit all the neighborhoods.
