My question is why do you it's necessary to use SGA for that situation? Does it break frequently?

What do you charge to remove and replace grout , I have roughly 125 sf to do soon, that amount is new challenge.

Tell me more about Prizm and it's strengths and weaknesses.

charge to remove 125 ft? linear ft? charge your hourly rate. a lot of variables, one being how hard the grout is and how delicate the tile edge is. in most situations i would not even be interested.

with prism grout- no grout shading, cures fast, 1/16-1/2 wide.
negs: will scratch polisheds stone, cost more,
