I'm sure most TM's use some type of engine governer to keep the engine from losing RPM's under load. My Genesis wasn't pulling full rpm's, so I switched out the gov today (I had an extra), and it now has gained about 400 rpm's. I can run her full out at 2800-3000 rpm's. Old gov had very little oil in it.

Do you check the oil level in your gov at any time? Or do you just forget it. The Genesis gov was hard to get to the oil level plug.
