Epoxy Grout Haze

Had a guy email me, says he has epoxy grout haze on his tile and he cant get it off. What would be the best product to use in the removal of this haze?

He shouldn't use anything. You should get some epoxy grout haze remover and go make 1.00 to 2.00 a sqft. Several companies make it but I like stone techs. It costs about 50 a quart and only covers About 50-75 sqft.
