Been using bluebook for a long time and wondered how if differs from exactimate?
had a friend tell me the adjusters use exactimate and are cool with the prices..
can anyone chime in on this subject??

Tried resty pricing every which way but loose for years, got Xactimate, saw huge margin increases.

$133.50/mo lease - will pay for itself 2-3 times over on even one medium job per month. Sometimes I actually feel bad about the amounts we charge - (OK that's a lie), like 18 man hours on a loss and sending a >$5,000 invoice

Get it, learn how to use it properly, especially the sketch feature will save you time, and will also give the adjusters more confidence in your invoice - less will be questioned out of the gate.

the only problem is that i only do a few water damages a year..
tryin to justify the cost of the program
