We are still using some Greenhorn wands and it's time to replace them

If those are the 2"tube -14" Westpaks I'd just get some replacements. Good wand for employees, lots of glides available.

wand is a 14inch prochem Ti wand/no glide.

I mean that does look like a PC Ti, I just thought they were all 6 jet?

If your techs are average height...I'd give them the sapphire 14". If they're tall like me 6'5" that wand is too short. The prochem titanium fits perfect. If They're smaller than average height or have small hands, the sapphire 12" is a really good wand

Im 5'5" and perfer the bigger wands..

My Fav is the--2 inch/16 inch Evolution TM wand for wide open areas and speed-- Its computer designed head removes water faster
and is about 30% faster than my 2/14 inch Dev Pro swivel wand-- which i perfer when I need Maneuverability in tight spots.
small wands are just too slow for me.
