In the end I think alot of folks charge the same, at least in each market. I could see in some areas folks would like paying for "legal and green" water disposal. Especially in Cali. College towns like Davis or higher end city areas. Might be a way to justify a few more $ than others.

What they're saying is, you work it into your costs of doing biz, and price your services accordingly.
Not itemize routine biz costs/expenses

It's done in many fields, but customers resent it.

For instance some add a fuel surcharge when fuel goes UP but keep it when fuel goes down.

Never "announce" a price increase. Just do it without fanfare. Small incremental increases are normal business, better than the shock of a big jump.

It’s the cost of doing business. I don’t charge a “changing my socks” fee but I do price my services well enough to motivate me to put on socks.

reckon it depends on the neighborhood most as well what the box is made of.
no security with cardboard box, much better to build with OSB and 2x4s
(new housing construction dumpsters will be rich with those materials)

regardless, I wouldn't want it here











I'd set my goals much higher and strive to acquire a van that runs .
I'd feel more comfortable and safe/secure in a mobile home
