Extracting Floor Stripper from carpet

In one of our retail locations, our guys when stripping the vct let the active stripper run onto some carpet in a video section, I told them to get the water in their portable extracter as hot as possible and extract it. I guess that did not work, any suggestions? The active stripper did dry completely before I was notified.

it's not the wax stripper that's the problem.
It's the wax slurry that dried.

If it's a synthetic com carpet, pre-spray stripper to re-emulsify the dried slurry, then flush/rise extract.
