That made me ill.

I once had to fire an employee who was caught looking into a customers drawer. He was a family friend and he admitted he was wrong for just looking. I wanted to believe him as he was a great employee in all other aspects (At least I THOUGHT he was) I told him I couldn't give him another chance as my company had zero tolerance for that kind of thing.

How about when training your techs you'd say there's a good chance someone is watching them via nanny cam. Show them a bunch of videos of real life caught on camera moments. Then top it off with an occasional recording of them set up by you to keep them wondering. You could have them clean a friend or family member to get em on film. Just to remind them how you just never know.

We constantly preach to our crews to assume that they are on camera and the customer listening the entire time they are on the job. I will pull out my phone and show them the live pictures from the cameras at my house just to emphasize the point.
