9 rooms of snow white carpet and hundreds of stubborn stains on a snow white 30 year old nylon.

TONS of furniture to move, and it all weighed a ton each, old school solid wood.


Nice to have a helper though...

btw, this Solo Sprayer is pure crap.

This one is much better.

Let me ask the group, on a carpet like that, that has sen every cleaner in town, her maid and her home unit, not much ground in dirt but lots of urine and mystery spots...

Procyon and 02 boost, RVBH in the TAs, dry stroked it like mad, Ice rinse, left 4 fans.

Next time I'll use SSG, which needs very little post spotting, just didn't have the balls this visit due to the pH

And what's the second 1 1/2" vacuum hose for, is that your lead?

Good choice with the Procyon in the case of THAT particular carpet.. Its great at activating and rinsing the old chemical residue in that carpet.

But since the carpet also had a lot of old urine, I might have just used CTI Last step as my pre-spray. It would have helped with removing both the old residue and urine salts.
Oh- and 40Vol the bad urine spots.

Why am I suggesting using a rinse as my 1st choice-- because the carpet already has too much chems in it... Adding more or going Hi ph might only increase the chance of "brown out" (which cant really happen-- but "chemical burning" it can when you clean on the high ph side...Just acid rinse it to bring the fibers back to near neutral state.

Sure wish My HOSS had brushes.. That would be awesome!

But after looking at the underside-- it might be a challenge due to the floating head design, which takes up a lot of space.
I would think the brushes would interfere with the spray pattern??--- but that probably doesn't really matter since the brushes are doing the agitation.

Just did 4 bedrooms and hall of white nylon. Brown along all the edges. New owners don't know what it was

Sprayed all edges prozyme plus and osr and rinsed with odorcide fresh sent very diluted and fresh water.

A large grey poly living room too. $250 cash two hours.

In my 8 to1 HF, I added 8 ounces
