Congratulations Bob, that's a real nice system to go with. Lots of heat, lots of suck and lots of good looks. You will be a step ahead of most guys starting out.Just wanted my friends here to know I'm finally..nearly ready to begin!
Starting from zero. Officially Pruitt Carpet Care.
The good people at the bank Butler Systems uses gave us the thumbs up... a leap of faith for them; so we have ordered our Saigerized Butler! Extended 1 ton GMC with upgraded blower and heat, big waste tank...Saigerized.
I know there are a lot of great machines out there but for me this was what I wanted. Nothing is perfect. Now I better get all the other ducks in a row quickly.
The last year on this board has been me popping off, giving advice based on past history...time to put up or shut up.
Hoping I can pull together enough work to quickly buy Tom's wand, a 360i, CRB, a Zipper SS. It will work out...I hope. What wand?
RE?
I can definitely see why no pump out in the country with septic systems.
When (not if) their septic goes, guess who they will ask to replace it? Regardless of how long ago the cleaning was they will never forget.
Thanks Richard.
It ain't about if it is likely to damage the septic, its about liability. And what an unjustified complaint can do to your business, even if untrue.Gees .. they allow shit water to seep thru the leach field but wont allow waste water from carpet cleaning. Id say it be ok to pump out screened debris free waste water in a toilet that heads to a septic tank .. its just gonna go in and seep right back out with the rest .. but you cannot full force dump out the tank in the toilet because the rush of water may force the solids up and out to the leach fields and possibly clogg n damage shit.
In the country nobody cares, just let her rip. In the city, you get a warning, then a ticket.Gees .. they allow shit water to seep thru the leach field but wont allow waste water from carpet cleaning. Back here in the sanitary cleanout at our shop. Its primarily used for WDR but since its new we have been cleaning carpet with it too just to get used to it.but the everest only has around a 100 gallon recovery tank correct? Where do you put the rest of your dirty water if your not pumping out?
Bob, just curious- unless you do water damage, why the 270 gal tank?
Do you think you'll fill the regular 110 Gal size recovery tank, in say the average three job day?
Y not a bigger waiste tank as well as fresh tank?Back here in the sanitary cleanout at our shop. Its primarily used for WDR but since its new we have been cleaning carpet with it too just to get used to it.
If you have the 210 Gal recovery tank, I assume you're not using a fresh water tank. Right?
Get a 360i before you buy that stupid 10" toy.
Buy Toms wand first.

I cant figure out how or why this would create a warranty issue?Once its out of warranty I will. Same guy that made the fresh could surely make a waste when he has one to copy.
