Anyone here have experience with this stuff?

Can it be cleaning out of carpet? If so, what products will it take to do the job?

Vacuum, vacuum, vacuum before wetting. It disperses with water and can make a small spot into a large one. Filtration spotters work well on it along with dry solvent gels.

Bridgepoint Filter worked best for me. Use a General Spotter first then rinse well then
use the Filter.
Vacuum with the cuff of your TM.
An upright vacuum could be a super spreader.
