Here is a pic of one of the 4 hallways I did today. At each of the hallway is a stairwell. Aprox 180 stairs and landings. Used the sprayborg for the hallways and the Oreck for the stairs. It was absurdly easy to clean the stairs with the Oreck. Spray a section, plug in the machine then slowly let the machine fall over the bullnose. Sweep back and forth a couple of times and it's done. Best tool ever for bullnose. This job normally takes 7-8 hours with 2 men using the truck mount. I finished in 5 today by myself. The strata president was watching for a good part and was thrilled by how clean the carpets came. She was happy she didn't have to sit by an open door all day too.

LOL

Boy do I have plenty for sale. Mostly Mike's "Crazes de jour" must have recomndations!
I know I buy too much stuff but most of it makes me either a better cleaner or a more productive one. I forget what I charge for the job I did today, I'll have to look it up but I think it's between $1200-$1400. The carpets are past the point of being steam cleaned anymore. The floors are just too uneven. Having the ability to encap and even encap the stairs is a real bonus. This building isn't looking at replacing their carpets anytime soon so if I can keep them looking good for a few more years, they're happy. So today I made over $200 per hour doing easy labor. The Oreck was so easy to use, I'm surprised I haven't seen more people using them. I have some other buildings that I have been using the truck mount where I could be encapping because of not having anything to effectively clean the stairs. The Oreck changes that. It was well worth the money.
