250 feet I would have run the hose... more than 300 I would use the portable. I will admit I have never used this machine and it would be nice to know why this was a better way to go. Actually want to know.

Steve spilled a soda as he opened it, right in the entry to our office. We HWE and spot cleaned but it kept resurfacing. We Encapped and like magic it was gone. It has been 6-years ago and has not come back.

Use HEPA vacuums.
