It's not ours, it's for someone else. I got a few in the works with the same basic theme, this one's closest to beig done. One of these days I'll get around to updating ours......

Re: First web page in a while.....

This is what I did to improve my web page I think it would help most cleaning businesses.

I changed the name of the contact us page to: Free Quotes.

Then I put it into a separate box and highlighted it on the first page. I followed by placing a list of testimonials in a column below it.

It turned lookers into customer or at least prospective clients would then gave me their cleaning needs and their contact information.

Getting their information is of utmost importance on the web.

Far more important than a cute picture.

The picture is OK. But the first page above the fold is valuable real estate on the web. Most lookers won't go beyond it to see another pages.

I think it would be better to get their attention, sell them and then get their information or make it easy for them to make a transaction with out going to subsequent pages.

Anyway that is what works for me and my web page is giving far more jobs after making these changes.

I would put a prominent phone number somewhere in the heading.

But that's just me.

I need to do the same for my low end website.
