just got a gallon today, any use it and what can I expect?

I only use it on the nasties.

I spray and then rotary scrub it in.

It melts out the dark nasties like butter!!

Why use it? U have to add to much to the mix to get it to perform like all in one presprays. They need to fire the chemists and start over. They need young chemist that understand the year 2012.

Sure it may cost a little more than cheep ass cr@p to use. But, performs well giving outstanding results, very pleased clients and faster cleaning.

More than offsets the cost of chem for me.

What to expect? The best results you have ever had! Only problem is it's costly, I use it about once Per qtr on my restaurants to get them back to perfect.

It works real good, I don't care for the smell. I liked versa clean better, seems to clean just as well without any smell
