You have an educated market there. Most adjusters here are still wow'ed by a thermal even though we've had them for 10-years. They deal primarily with some of our competitors, who don't own them.I have heard from several companies that the insurance require a certain about of Pixels so check with them before you buy a camera to make sure you get one that the insurance will accept for documentation.

You see temperature differential so wet areas show up as cooler which leads you to investigate further with a non destructive moisture meter or penetrating probes.
