Looking for the most practical non box flood truck/van. What set/up would have the smallest foot print with unit and hose reel out the side door?

A heater for a flood truck...?

A flood extractor doesn't need a heater. Maybe that's something to look at.

May I recommend getting a quiet one as well. I met a guy who bought a big truck mount that was very loud. Nobody thought it was funny at 2 am.
